| We
have a team specialized in handling e-trade of flavors and fragrances,
whose services are at your disposal. We also act as import &
export agents.
Import
After we have obtained the B/L, we hand in all relevant documents
to clear customs. -> We make payment of customs duties,
value-added tax and handling charges. -> We calculate the
total amount of the costs plus service fees (usually 1-2%),
convert it into CNY and send the invoice inclusive of value-added
tax to the buyers.
Export
Step 1
Sample Remittance (including
notification of delivery and request for sample's chemical
analysis results.)
The following flowchart details this
service:
Cargo reaches port -> we select sample in the warehouse
-> we send sample in the quantity required by the customer
via EMS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc. properly post marked and registered
-> we fax or email customer the airway bill and sample
numbers.
The key point in this procedure is that we can minimize discrepancies
between sample sent and actual shipment.
Step 2
Preparation for Shipment
Once the buyer confirms the sample, we will notify the factory
to prepare for shipment of the goods (including goods and
shipping markings.)
Step 3
Goods Consignment, Vessel Booking and
Customs Clearance
After receiving the purchasing order, we will arrange for
the goods to be delivered into the bonded warehouse, book
the vessel and containers, and arrange for customs clearance
and inspection of the goods.
Before the goods are delivered to the warehouse, they are
labeled with product name, PO number, sample confirmation
number, gross and net weights and total quantity being shipped.
Meanwhile, the factory will produce the value-added tax invoice,
certificate of analysis, material safety data sheet that will
accompany the shipment. These documents should be signed by
the client confirming that they are in order. Payment for
the goods should be made on the specified date.
Step 4
Shipping Information
After goods are loaded on the vessel, we will notify the
buyer of the shipping schedule.
Step 5
Documents Handling
Please refer to separate page on our service for Trading
Documents Handling.
Step 6
Documents Delivery
We deliver the documents to banks or mail them directly to
clients.
Step 7

and tax drawback.

notified.
